1.HOT PRE-FLATTENING FUNCTION:

Temperature and flattening time can be set, flattening time period can be automatic defined according to
the time of winding cycle.
The latest software allows flattening gripper moves away , after taking wound elements , from wrapping station in order to maintain the winding efficiency.
Mandrel stopping angle can be set.
Element selection function has been integrated with flattening gripper mechanism.
Pre-flattening function can be disable when producing cylindrical shape product.

2.THREE DIFFERENT SEALING MODES:

One mode allows peel-off operation.

3.PLC with  BUILT -IN Dual CPU:

Adopting Schneider 258 series PLC and 10.2" touching screen, improved computing capacity.

4. AC SERVO SYSTEM:

Adopting Schneider AC servo motor and  CANopen communication control method for winding and unwinding mechanism.

5.ELECTRONIC CONTROL OF TENSION & PRESSURE:

Using quick Electrical proportional valve and Low friction cylinders.
Two dynamic tension control mode are available.
