Vertical CNC Rotary Type Double End Grinding Machine Grinder1.MKY7875 CNC vertical double-end face grinder is specially provided for piston rings, bearings, hydraulic parts, internal combustion engine parts, auto parts manufacturing and other industries. It can perform precision grinding on two parallel planes of metal and non-metal parts of various shapes at the same time.
Mainly: high-precision piston rings, bearing rings, valve seats, various valve plates, brake discs, blades, mobile phone aluminum plates, watch copper plates, etc.
2. The machine tool adopts a vertical gantry structure, and the upper and lower grinding heads are vertically placed on the same center line, with reliable rigidity and thermal stability.
3. The feeding mechanism of the upper and lower grinding heads adopts a servo control system. The minimum feeding value of the grinding wheel is guaranteed to be 0.001mm, and the grinding wheel consumption compensation and dressing compensation can be realized.
4. The grinding head spindle adopts AC variable frequency stepless speed regulation to meet various grinding process requirements.
5. The workpiece feeding mechanism adopts a disc feeding form, and the feeding speed can be variable frequency stepless speed regulation. The feeding mechanism and the column adopt a hinged structure, which is flexible to open. It is convenient to replace the grinding wheel.
6. Equipped with a constant temperature cooling system and a mist suction device with a magnetic separator and a paper belt filter.
