Body structure description: The whole machine is closed structure, the frame is made of special 
aluminum profile; the outer sealing plate and upper cover are made of SUS304 stainless steel plate; the cleaning tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate; the observation window and equipment are integral structure, anti-corrosion, durable and elegant.The movable door is reserved in front of the machine to facilitate equipment maintenance.

Description of the brushing station: The equipment is divided into three brushing stations. Each brushing station is provided with a roller brush and a disk brush. The device is driven by the automatic liquid feeding method to drive the cleaning liquid to wet the brush, and the liquid brush passes through the plate surface. The contact reciprocating motion drives the cleaning liquid to scrub the surface of the PCBA bottom plate, and dissolves the surface dirt, and the dirt is filtered by the filtering system with the cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid can be recycled.
2.4 Liquid level control device:
Due to the volatilization of the solvent, and the repeated washing of the workpiece into and out of the cleaning tank, the solvent will inevitably be taken out, which will cause the natural loss of the solvent in the cleaning tank. Therefore, the liquid level controller is installed in the corresponding liquid storage tank of each scrubbing tank.  When the liquid level drops to the low level warning line, the liquid level controller sends an alarm signal, prompting manual rehydration.
2.5 Electrical control system:
- Operation mode: The equipment operation mode is manual operation mode and has perfect protection functions (high and low liquid level protection, motor overload alarm, etc.);
- The electric control system is installed in the power supply cabinet and adopts centralized control mode. The power supply cabinet is isolated from the equipment, and the control is independent and convenient, and the safety is also ensured.
