This equipment is mainly used to remove residual cutting oil or coolant from gears during grinding or processing, ensuring the cleanliness of the gear surface and facilitating subsequent processing or packaging.
The Gear Grinding Oil Removal Machine is used to solve the problem of residue and grinding oil on the workpiece during gear production. Through the oil slinging process of the oil slinger, excess residue and grinding oil are separated from the workpiece. Thus achieving a dual effect of saving grinding oil and cleaning the workpiece, making the working environment clean and tidy.

Working principle:
The gear grinding oil slinger uses the centrifugal principle to shake off residues and excess grinding oil attached to the surface of the workpiece. Special workpieces can be equipped with a blowing system to separate excess grinding oil and residues from the workpiece.
Workflow:
Using a robotic arm or manual labor, place the workpiece to be oil slinged after grinding on the oil slinging positioning station, start the switch, close the oil slinger door, and complete the door closing inspection. The oil slinger will automatically perform oil slinging work. After the oil slinging is completed, the oil slinger door will automatically open, and the robotic arm or manual labor will take away the workpiece. Repeat the above steps in a loop for continuous operation.
