Principle:

As the main circuit diagram below, the inverter welding power supply working principle is : (220V 50Hz AC)-----(310V 50Hz DC)-----(310V 4kHz AC)-----(5-18V 4kHz DC).   

That is why the frequency being changed, because of the high frequency, the welder become more precision. 

1, for 50Hz, we can only set 20ms welding time as a unit.   but for 4kHz,  we can set 0.25ms welding time as a unit, 80 times inproved. 

2,when we do closed-loop constant control,  the feedback speed is different,  20ms once by 0.25ms once, it is very much different.
