Curve PCB Depaneling Machine machine features
1, Adopting the up/down dust absorption mode, a reasonable solution can be customized according to customer requirements, and the dust collection effect is good. (Upper and lower dust absorption are not interchangeable).
2, The substrate is fixed more firmly in the cutting to avoid the cutting precision error caused by poor basic positioning.
3, Special jig making, easy to fix products to be cut, ensuring high-precision cutting requirements.
4, When cutting, the anti-static generator is attached to the front section of the spindle to continously blow air, which reduces static electricity generated when the high-speed spindle is cut, and can avoid damage caused by static electricity.
5, Safety doors are used to reduce noise and dust and improve safety. The cleaner is equipped with a vacuum box (Maintenance can be arranged according to capacity cutting requirements or dust collection time).
