It equipped  with advanced 5000A DC inverter welding power supply, Suitable battery for pack spot welding and assembly in the factory.  This machine can assembling batteries like 18650, 26650, 21700... and Nickel or Nickel-Plated Steel strips. Which support battery pack like E-Bike, Scooter, electromobile

Application

With the corresponding fixture, MD-5000 can weld 18650, 26650, 32650 and other cylindrical batteries, can also be customized for a variety of cylindrical battery, square battery, button battery and etc.

Feature

1. Suitable for 18650, 26650…battery pack welding, like E-bike, scooter, and electromobile battery pack welding.
2. Induction load voltage, feedback mode to control the constant voltage, to achieve high-quality welding.
3. PRE HEAT, MAIN HEAT power mode, preheats before welding, to ensure a stable welding quality.
4. To maintain the continuity of energy density, welding time is short, reduce the base metal deformation and discoloration. 
5. Easy to change from low current to high current, suitable for precision welding.
6. Can set the upper and lower limits of the current, simply determine the quality of welding is good or not.
7. The welding current increases with the welding time to ensure the welding result.
