Application area:
With the corresponding fixture, MD-ADW can weld 18650, 26650, 32650 and other cylindrical batteries, can also be customized for a variety of cylindrical battery, square battery, button battery and etc.
Operation:
- Setting the parameters of welding on the touch screen. (The same product only need to be set once)
- Put the fixture with the battery pack on the quick clamping position.
- Press the start button, WS01 automatically complete all welding actions.
- MD-ADW sound to prompt operator replacement of new fixture (battery pack).
Function:

- X, Y, Z axis separately controlled by servo.
- The memory can store 99 sets of welding parameters, that means no need to reset parameters when change product, just choose the corresponding code number of welding parameter.

- For regular battery pack and connecting piece, only need to input the parameters of four points, the X, Y space between batteries, and the number of rows in X, Y direction, the machine can automatically calculate each coordinate of batteries; For irregular battery pack and connecting piece, each welding position and connecting piece should be manually set and saved.
